A dedicated space for meditation and Buddhist teachings. Free basic instruction for mindfulness meditation offered 3 times a week. All open meditation sessions (offered 7 times a week) free of charge. Buddhist teachings (Shambhala lineage) are offered several times a month. Other social and support groups meet in the building.
