The Sardis Theater is supporting the premiere of Rose Of Montgomery a play Written by Fred Shuttlesworth, Jr. & Donna Edwards Todd Performed by Donna Edwards Todd While based upon some real truth about Rosa Parks, this play takes a clue from Ms. Parks and extends the story to include a creative look at how she inspired Bryan Stevenson and highlights his most necessary, important and awe inspiring life’s work from Montgomery, Al. A portion of the production company proceeds from this performance will be donated to the Equal Justice Initiative founded by Bryan Stevenson.
