SmokeFree Alabama

SmokeFree Alabama is an initiative of the Jefferson County Health Action Partnership, a coalition of nineteen area nonprofits working alongside the Jefferson County Department of Health to reduce obesity, encourage physical activity, promote smoke-free policies and improve the overall health of Jefferson County residents. The Communities Putting Prevention to Work (CPPW) grant from the Department of Health and Human Services funds the campaign. Learn more at www.smokefreealabama.org.
