The Rumpshaker 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run is a family friend event promoting colon cancer awareness.
The Rumpshaker 5K is the largest free-standing 5K in Alabama, and we have had the privilege of hosting over 34,000 participants since 2009. We have raised over a million dollars over the past 14 years while promoting awareness about colorectal cancer.
This event is a fun, family-friendly experience; runners and walkers of all ages are welcome. Together we can make a difference by bringing attention to colorectal cancer, a preventable, treatable, and beatable disease.
