Creative Roundtable

Creative Roundtable

Presented by Birmingham Creative Roundtable at Thomas Jefferson Tower

We’ll be meeting at the Thomas Jefferson Tower downtown. The Thomas Jefferson Hotel (later the Cabana Hotel, then Leer Tower) is a 19-story building, formerly a 350-room hotel, completed in 1929 on the western side of downtown Birmingham, Alabama. It is well known for having the last rooftop zeppelin mooring mast in the world.

We will hear from Carlos Izcaray – director of the  Alabama Symphony Orchestra and American Youth Symphony will join us as our speaker. He will share the story of his journey to Birmingham and talk about why music education is a great passion of his. Join us for thought provoking discussion about why the Symphony is important in Birmingham’s community. This is a wonderful chance to hear from Maestro Carlos!

As always, Birmingham Creative Roundtable is free and everyone is invited! Come early to grab your Seeds Coffee ad your Bandit Baking Co.pastry. Birmingham Creative Roundtable is possible because of our sponsors, Shipt, WBHM 90.3 FM, al.com. See you December 8th!
