A drive-through pick-up picnic to fund the grants and scholarship giving of the Birmingham chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International.
Enjoy a gourmet picnic for two featuring Southern-Fried Chicken OR a Vegetable Frittata and Pesto Pasta Salad as well as New-Potato Salad with Shallot Vinaigrette & Fresh Herbs, Fall Kale Salad with Sherry Vinaigrette and fresh Greens from Snow’s Bend Farm, Ashley Mac’s Biscuits, Southern Pickles, a Fruit & Cheese Board, a Demi Baguette from Corey Hinkel, Honey from Eastaboga Bee Company, Homemade Banana Pudding, Champagne Macarons OR French Lavender Pound Cake and a bottle of French bubbles all packed into a reusable market tote complete with colorful dahlias from Stone Hollow Farmstead.
This fundraiser is for our grant and scholarship giving! Pick it all up at our friendly drive-through at Pepper Place and picnic where you want. Or join us at the tables we set up for you right there at Pepper Place! Our band will play until 7 p.m.
For your donation of $175 ($170 for vegetarian), you will receive a Dame-produced picnic, complete with a cold bottle of French bubbles and a handful of fresh dahlias. For an addition $25 donation, you can get a cocktail kit for two made by our mixologist Dames–a NOLA coconut punch and a spicy paloma. The kit contains both cocktails. Each serves two people. We also have a raffle for 12 $100 gift cards to some of Birmingham’s best restaurants. Raffle tickets are $25 each.
