The Heroes RUCK is a 25 mile ruck, each participant carrying 25 lbs. The ruck will start at Heardmont Park on Nov. 4, 2016 and will end on Cahaba Valley Rd in Pelham. Participants that finish the 25 mile ruck will receive a Heroes Ruck Patch.
Only partcipants that preregister online will be gauranteed an event shirt.
$25 per participant
Teams are welcome. $25 per team, tshirts will not be included with team registration.

Registration/Check-in: 6pm VIP Lot at Oak Mtn Ampitheater. We will shuttle participants to Heardmont Park from the VIP lot. Last shuttle will run at 6:45 pm. Ruck will start at 7 p.m.
Participants will need to supply and bring the following items: Rucksak with 25lbs, Headlamp/flashlight and Reflective Armband or waistband
