¡HICA! CONTINUES HOLIDAY TRADITION WITH ANNUAL TAMALE SALE

As sure a sign of the holiday season as sleigh bells and mistletoe, ¡HICA!’s Annual Tamale Sale returns this holiday season for the 13th year. It’s a chance for everyone to share in this tasty treat for the holidays and help out a great organization in its effort to build a stronger community.

Tamales are a traditional Mexican holiday dish. We are delighted to have brought this custom to Birmingham through our annual Christmas Tamale Sale. 

The tamales come in beef, chicken, and cheese & pepper and can be purchased $18 for a ½ dozen and $30 for a dozen.

Orders will be taken online at www.hispanicinterest.org from November 24th until December 11th with pickup at ¡HICA!’s Homewood office on West Valley Avenue on December 16 from  7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

This year we will have a “Free” Tamale Sale Sample Day on December 5th, you will have a chance to try them in advance, in this way you will be sure to order plenty as we only do this during the Christmas season! (RSVP at tamales@hispanicinterest.org or at (205) 942-5505)
