The 4th annual Steel Strides 5K for MDA is a run that is raising funding to support Spinal Muscular Atrophy research through the Muscular Dystrophy Association.  The course will run through beautiful Mount Laurel in Birmingham.

The race will start and finish in the town square at Mount Laurel.  Each participant will receive a TEK shirt.

There will be food, music, and an awards ceremony at the conclusion of the race! 

HOW TO REGISTER:

You can pre-register by visiting active.com and searching "2015 Steel Strides 5K for MDA" or you can pre-register by calling the Muscular Dystrophy Association by dialing (205) 823-8191.  Registration is $30.00.

You can park on the left side of town square at Mount Laurel with access to the town square where the race begins.  There will be signs directing you to parking availability.
