The 2024 Glenwood Endowed Lectureship is titled “Advancements in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Autism in Alabama and Nationwide”
This year’s Glenwood Endowed Lectureship is one to be sure not to miss! Themed “Advancements in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Autism in Alabama and Nationwide”, this year’s lectureship will feature two talks from prominent researchers/clinicians in the field. UAB’s own Sarah O’Kelley, PhD (Associate Professor, Department of Psychology, College of Arts & Sciences) will discuss statewide efforts made to improve autism services in Alabama. Linda LeBlanc, PhD (President, LeBlanc Behavioral Consulting), longtime pioneer in the field of behavior analysis, will give the keynote presentation on collaboration, cultural responsiveness, and outcomes measurement in behavioral treatment for people with autism. A networking lunch will follow. This event is free to attendees. CEUs provided.
