Bib & Tucker Sew-Op will host three open sewing sessions at Homewood Public Library this winter as part of year three of The March Quilts: a community art project. This year’s theme is the 50th anniversary of the Loving V. Virginia Supreme Court ruling that knocked down Virginia’s anti-miscegenation laws in response to the marriage of Mildred and Richard Loving. Facilitators will be on hand to help make quilt blocks and no sewing experience is necessary.
