Chip Ghigna is the Leeds Arts Council’s featured artist in January.  Chip Ghigna is a painter working in oils and acrylics from his studio in Birmingham, Alabama.   He earned a B.A. in Studio Art from Auburn University.  His paintings are exhibited in galleries and collections in the U.S. and France.  Mr. Ghigna’s paintings will be on exhibit through February 4, 2017.  For more information, please visit his website at ChipGhigna.com
