We are excited to announce a new venue and new race course for 2017!  Join us at Regions Field on March 25, 2017 for the 9th Annual Rumpshaker 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run.  Since 2009, the Rumpshaker 5K has raised almost a million dollars to promote awareness about colorectal cancer, grant funds to fight and treat it, and provide hope for colorectal cancer survivors and those fighting the disease.  This event is a fun, family friendly experience for all ages.  Explore our website for more information and we hope to you see on race day!
