Reiki (pronounced Ray kee) is a natural healing system of healing for the body, mind and spirit. Reiki is a universal energy that supports us in all that we do.

In this certification class, we will be working with the physical and subtle layers of the body. We will look at the energy that our chakras hold. We will outline our auric fields, and learn how to balance the body, mind and spirit. We will discover ways Reiki restores energy, reduces stress and enhances meditation and sleep.

We will devote time to empowering our hands to bring relief to the areas in stress for self care. We will look at the origins of this modality and the principles of Reiki.

This class will provide each person with the Reiki attunements necessary to tap into the energy of Reiki. Each will leave with this higher vibration and transmission of energy. This is the first class for Reiki attunement.
