A survivorship care plan is a record of a breast cancer patient’s cancer history, treatment, and follow-up care recommendations. This beneficial tool helps survivors keep track of the treatment they have received and any care they may need in the future. Komen North Central Alabama is happy to be co-hosting this informative event with its partner, Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Kimberly Randolph, Family Nurse Practitioner and Angelishea Ferrell, Social Worker, will be providing attendees with information on survivorship care plans and how survivors can use this tool throughout their journey.
