OLLI of Greater Birmingham presents Alabama’s Criminal Justice System with Judge Pete Johnson, retired Alabama judge and founder of Alabama Drug Court.  This course will cover criminal law, sentencing, jail, and prison overcrowding, and alternatives to incarceration.  Judge Johnson will also discuss the Alabama Drug Court that he founded.
