The Leeds Arts Council, Inc. will honor artist Charles L. Smith (Charlie) with an opening reception on Sunday, July 5, 2015, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. The public is invited to meet the artist and view his beautiful oil paintings and photos and models of his amazing sculptural works. There is no charge.

Most of Charlie’s paintings are realistic and feature a variety of subjects – landscapes, water, sky, still life, and more than a few “critters.”  The photos and models will feature three of his military sculptural works.
