Join us for our Fall Ceramics Skills Class. Class size is kept small, giving you one-on-one time with our skilled instructors and the ability to explore both throwing and hand building techniques. The class is suitable for all skill levels. The class runs for six weeks and we require a three class minimum, but just within the six week period. Your supplies may be bought from us or you may bring in your own clay and glazes for $1 per pound (sold in 5 lb blocks), which includes the use of our glazes. We use cone 5/6 clay in our studio, anything else brought in that is not cone 5/6 must be approved by one of our staff and clearly labeled. At the completion of three classes you can expect to have one to three pieces completed or ready for the last firing. Please note, you can use your three classes in any of our 2 hour Fall Ceramic Skills Classes, so you can start a piece during one evening class, then attend another class time to get instruction and continue working on your project.
