BLACK WOMEN Learn Live Love HAIR RETREAT TM SESSIONS, SHARING, SASS Bond. Celebrate. Empower. This retreat is for any Black Woman of all ages.  It’s a 2 day weekend retreat that addresses Black Women and their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being, and of course, our fabulous hair in a warm, supportive, guiding, teaching, healing and restorative environment.  The retreat is composed of workshops, live tutorials, workout sessions, panel discussions, and galas with hair and fitness gurus, health coaches and wellness experts.   The panels are 1.5 hours The workshops are 45 minutes  The tutorials are 30 minutes The workout sessions are 30 minutes The galas are 3 or 4 hours
