Energy, Herbs, and Diet for Healthy Joints

Join us for yoga, meditation, energy work, herbal medicine, and dietary additions to support healthy joints!
Our joints are the keystone to movement and are the first physicality to show weakness when resistance is present in our lives. The yoga and energy work portion of this workshop we will bring awareness to patterns of holding old energy and stress in our joints and learn how we can release those blockages to create openness and freedom of movement in our bodies and lives. In the dietary and herbal session we will learn how to support musculature, facia and connective tissue, and bone with our diets and with herbal medicine from internal anti-inflammatories to topicals for sprains and strains. Dancers, yogis, athletes, lovers of movement, and those with physical injuries and challenges are all welcome and can greatly benefit from this class!
