John Paul Taylor, CEO of Real Life Poets, Inc. will discuss spoken word in order to engage the teens of Sadis Missionary Baptist Church in healthy, positive conversations about the world we live in. He will discuss performance poetry and creative writing as an excellent tool that can be used to help teach skills,such as storytelling and public speaking (a major fear to many people). 
John Paul will also discuss using performance poetry and creative writing to teach the community about the power of self-expression and using your voice to make a positive difference.
