The 2017-2018 Cathedral Concert Series presents Joel Bacon, organ. Bacon serves as Chair of Organ and Liturgical Studies at Colorado State University. Dr. Bacon has a growing reputation as a performer, teacher and scholar in North America and Europe. He has been heard in recital in Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, Canada, and the United States, as well as in live performances that have been broadcast on Austrian Radio (1) and Public Radio International. He will perform a varied program on the Cathedral’s 100-rank Grieb-Williams organ.
