This class is designed for those who have just gotten their first digital camera, or for those who have had one for a while but never really felt comfortable shooting in any mode other than full auto – point and shoot.

The class will consist of one 3 hour session covering:

Camera types and there advantages and disadvantages
Camera standard operational modes
Special features and effects

This class is designed for a parent and their child (ages 11 thru 16) who have just gotten their first digital camera, or for those who have had one for a while but never really felt comfortable shooting in any mode other than full auto – point and shoot.

Students should bring their cameras and camera manuals.
