Track Facts:  1/3 mile high banked (18°) red clay oval with 400 ft. straightaways.  The track has won National and Regional awards, including the North American Racing Insurance National Excellence in Safety Award. In 1989 National newspaper “USA Today” named Talladega Short Track among the best dirt tracks in the United States. TST has a national reputation for intense, heart pounding, three wide racing.

Racing divisions: Chevrolet Of Boaz Super Late Models, Sportsman, Crate Late Models, Oxford Love Stuff Thundercars, Riteway Auto Sales Hot Shots, Street Stocks and Pony Stocks.

Rain-out policy:
•If all heat races have not been completed, rain checks will be honored at next week’s race.
•If all heats and the Late Model time trials have been completed, it will constitute a full program, and rain checks will not be honored. However, double features in classes that have not been completed, will be run.
