Our fall league provides age-appropriate, SPVB training through individual skill development as well as game-like situations for

3rd-7th* graders (co-ed) looking to take their game to the next level!

August 25th through October 3rd

Practices: Tuesdays & Thursdays

6-7:30 PM for Level 1 & 6-8 PM for Levels 2 & 3*

Play Days: Sept. 12th & 19th and Oct. 3rd from 10 AM – 2 PM

$165 for Level 1 and $195 for the Levels 2 & 3*

Level 1 – Mini Volleyball (3rd & 4th grade, co-ed)

Physical development & ball movement training
Underhand skill training emphasis & overhand fundamentals
3-contact same-side emphasis & 4 vs 4 small court play

Levels 2 & 3* – Youth Development (5th -7th* grade, co-ed)

Continuation of Level 1 skill training
Attack footwork & overhand skills training
Defensive pursuit training & introduction of floor skills
Emphasis on speed-quickness development
Introduction of 6 vs 6 play with basic tactics

*Only 7th graders who are not participating in school volleyball are allowed to participate in our fall league.
