WHAT:

In preparation for the Jewish New Year, Winn-Dixie invites shoppers to a one-of-a-kind kosher cooking demonstration featuring world renowned kosher food celebrity Jamie Geller. Geller will be traveling from Israel to Birmingham as part of Winn-Dixie’s live kosher cooking series.

Coined as the kosher Rachael Ray, Geller will introduce attendees to some of her family’s favorite fast and fresh Rosh Hashanah recipes, including spinach salad with pomegranate dressing, curried chicken and rice soup, sweet and sticky peachy drumsticks, spinach noodle kugel, and instructions on making a round crown-shaped challah.
