Come learn about behavior traits and solutions for school age individuals (up to 21) with Down Syndrome, Autism as well as other exceptionalities in home, school and community settings!
Down Syndrome Alabama (DSA) is hosting a seminar series focusing on Behavior! This “Hot Topic” event will be held on January 20th, 2018 at Ascension Church,(1929 Canyon Road, Vestavia Hills, AL 35216) from 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
Since Behavior is a “Hot Topic” for everyone, we anticipate many educators, parents, family members, and professionals to be in attendance! DSA has invited national and local experts to present sessions throughout the day that are both informative and useful. Speakers will include Stacey Taylor, MA, BCBA, Chelsia Massey, MA, BCBA, Billy Richardson, MA, BCBA, and Drs. Snehal Khatri, M.D. and Vicki Moore, M.D.
There will be exhibitors to visit throughout day. Refreshments and lunch provided.
Tickets are $50 for individual and $85 for parent/caretaker couples. Exhibitor tables are $50 each ($20 extra for 2nd person per table). Registration is available online until January 20, 2018. Walk-up registration will be offered on day of conference!

Registration/Check In at 8:30 with first session beginning at 9:00. Last session ends at 3:30. A panel discussion (Q & A) will follow- with all speakers- until approximately 4:00.
