The Friends of Irondale Public Library invite you to their annual meeting and special event.

This year, they welcome Marvin Clemons, author of Great Temple of Travel: A Pictorial History of Birmingham Terminal Station, 1909-1969.

As part of his book research, Mr. Clemons collected hundreds of photographs and documents detailing the construction, operation, and destruction of Terminal Station.

If you are interested in learning more about the Friends group– this is a great time to see the work that they do.
