Join Jerry Griffies of Plumb Square Goods, Co. as he demystifies sewing a bow-tie! Sewing experience is a must, especially if you plan on using a machine to make your bow-tie. However, Mr. Griffies can show you how to hand-sew your bow-tie, too!

Bib & Tucker Sew-Op offers fee-based workshops on evenings and weekends for those wishing to brush up on their machine and hand-sewing skills. We have beginner classes and garment and quilt-making classes as well. In 2018, we’re excited to partner with Jerry Griffies of Plumb Square Goods, Co. to bring you a class on sewing your own bow-tie. We’ll teach you how to sew it; you’re on your own when it comes to tying it! Just kidding – Mr. Griffies will have you fit to be tied by the end of this three hour workshop.
Don’t have a sewing machine but still want to take this workshop? No problem! So long as you are handy with a machine, you can borrow one of ours! Some additional supplies not covered by the class fee.
