​We are very excited to announce Roger Dale Brown’s first workshop here at Forstall Art Center. One of the nation’s preeminent plein air artists, Roger has won numerous awards for his paintings, and he shares his knowledge in the workshops he leads across the country.
This four-day workshop will be an intensive learning experience with demos from Roger and lots of painting time to practice the techniques you will be learning. Lessons will include the importance of simplifying and massing the vastness of the landscape, value and color, and how to see as an artist.
