The UAB Department of Athletics and the National Alumni Society have come together to celebrate the life of former Blazer, Torrey Ward, as the Blazers host Georgia State at 8 p.m. This game will serve as the Torrey Ward Memorial Game and UAB will donate $5 from every single game ticket sold to The Torrey Ward Legacy Scholarship Fund, which will help support the educational needs of future Blazer student-athletes.

You can support the fund by purchasing the limited edition jersey t-shirt, replicating Ward’s jersey, at the UAB Bookstore or at Bartow Arena. Donations will also be accepted online at crowdfund.uab.edu.
