The Birmingham Civil Rights Institute and the Sickle Cell Foundation of Central Alabama will present the second annual “Sickle Cell Disease on Canvas,” at BCRI from September 29 through December 31, 2015.  The exhibition features art created by individuals living with Sickle Cell Disease (SCD), as well as parents, and caregivers.  The art work, along with educational panels about sickle cell disease, will hang through December in the Theatre Gallery.   For more information call 205-328-9696 x 228.
