American and European Film Classics
Olli Presents
June 8, in the Large Auditorium
Join us for a classic film festival this month provided by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. Prior to the actual film screening, we will present the context and show the value of each selected film. After viewing each film, a film historian or scholar will reexamine these films of the past and amplify their relevance.
June 8: Citizen Kane by Orson Wells, a story rooted in power, corruption and vanity. This is reported to be the story of William Randolph Hearst.
