Join us for a classic film festival this month provided by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. Prior to the actual film screening, we will present the context and show the value of each selected film. After viewing each film, a film historian or scholar will reexamine these films of the past and amplify their relevance.

June 22:  The Bicycle Thief based on the story by Arthur Miller.  It is an Italian film of a search for dignity.  This is about a man whose life work is threatened by the theft of his only means of travel.
