The Leeds Arts Council, Inc. will honor the Leeds Area Visual Artists (LAVA) with an opening reception on Sunday, November 1, 2015, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm at the Leeds Theatre & Arts Center in downtown Leeds.  The public is invited to meet the artists and enjoy their beautiful and varied works.  Admission is free.

Artists participating in the show include Ramey Channell, Nancy Cromwell, William Darby, Frank Dawson, Gary Hamm, Jonathan Harris, Tina Miller, Deborah Klauss Pezzillo, Sam Pezzillo, Tanna Rose, and Grady Sue Saxon.  The exhibit comprises oil, acrylic, and mixed media paintings, graphite and pastel drawings, sculptures, and photographs.  LAVA’s art will be on display through December 3, 2015.
