We will meet under the Uptown sign in the main plaza at 09:30. We will roll out by 10:00.

Beginner / casual bicycle ride in downtown Birmingham. We will keep a casual pace and will not leave anyone behind. No Spandex required and all types of bikes welcome. We will make a loop through town and pick a place to hang out afterwards in Uptown.

There is a Zyp Bikeshare station at Uptown. You can rent a bike if you don’t have one of your own. You can rent and unlock bikes from your smartphone with the ZYP App.

This is a ride at your own risk event on an open course with traffic. We will try to stay on less congested roads as much as possible. Helmets are required by state law for all riders under the age of 16. Helmets are highly recommended for adults.
