For beginner and advanced students alike – this workshop will investigate the uses of constructing envelopes and pockets within the journal. Learn to sew multiple types of historically important bindings. You will create a guided devotional stylebook in the fashion of 17th and 18th century psalm books. French herringbone tape structures will be combined with other tape sewings to create a unique journal.
