Cardboard City Homelessness Simulation

Cardboard City Homelessness Simulation

Presented by One Roof at Railroad Park

What would you do if you found yourself in a homeless situation? Could you find food and shelter? What if you had a disability or severe mental illness? Cardboard City is a homelessness simulation that helps answer these questions by giving participants a small taste of what homelessness is really like and how difficult it is to leave. In honor of National Homeless Awareness Week, One Roof invites you to learn about homelessness through this engaging, hands-on activity. Cardboard City is free and open to the public. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
