Disability Rights and Resources is having their 4th annual Magic City Chocolate Challenge on June 21st, 2018 from 5:30pm-8pm bringing area bakers, caterers and chefs together for a friendly challenge to see who can create the best chocolate dish!
This event will be at Regions Field from 5:30pm-8pm with lots of food, fun, music, and a great silent auction! We hope to see you there to try all of what Birmingham has to offer!
Disability Rights & Resources’ mission is to empower people with disabilities to fully participate in the community. Through our programs of advocacy, peer support, home modification, nursing home transition, homeless transition, employment assistance and more we have seen many lives change for the better.
In an effort to further expand our programs offered; to include youth with disabilities, Disability Rights & Resources will conduct the Magic City Chocolate Challenge. This event will be a fun event, featuring chefs creating their best chocolate dish. Entries will be judged in 2 categories: People’s Choice and Judges Panel.
We are very excited to announce that we will have Jan Walsh, Bob Carlton, and Senator Linda Coleman-Madison as our judges this year!
Magic City Chocolate Challenge Tickets available at Disability Rights and Resources website at $30 each for Early Bird tickets until June 1st and then $35 up to the event.
Tickets will be available at the door for the event and everyone is welcome!
