Brookwood Village is proud to host Birmingham Art Crawl in it’s first-ever event series outside of downtown Birmingham. Celebrating its fourth year as a community staple supporting local artists, Birmingham Art Crawl is debuting a six-week series of events on Friday nights at Brookwood Village.

Showcasing local artists, Birmingham Art Crawl at the Village celebrates our city’s growing art scene. Rain or shine, each week will feature dozens of artist booths on the sidewalks and inside of Brookwood Village. We invite you to come and connect with resident artists, listen to live music, dine at Brookwood Village restaurants and enjoy family-fun activities.

On Friday, June 1 enjoy live music from The Divines, a local electronic and dance cover band. Tasty treats will be available from Steel City Pops, and free face painting will be provided by Magic City Face Art.

On June 8, experience live music from Raquel Lily, a Birmingham-based singer, songwriter and guitarist who has opened for national acts such as the All American Rejects. Children will enjoy free balloon twisting, and Bendy’s Cookies and Cream will be serving yummy treats.

On June 15, Swingus Khan, a Tuscaloosa-based jazz band, takes the stage. Free face painting will be provided by Magic City Face Art, and Magic City Sweet Ice will serve tasty desserts.

On June 22, enjoy live music from Live Wire, a Birmingham-based cover band that’s guaranteed to keep you moving! Bendy’s Cookies and Cream will be serving tasty desserts, and children will enjoy free balloon twisting.
