The 24th annual HOT ROD Power Tour rolls through the heartland of hot rod culture. It’s more than just a traveling car show–it’s the largest hot rod road trip in the world. Classic cars and hot rods travel city to city, over 1,300 miles, enjoying the people and stops along the way. The highly anticipated seven-day, seven-city journey is expected to bring together more than 6,000 vehicles and 100,000-plus spectators, June 9-15, 2018. Those interested in joining the excitement can register now at hotrod.com/events/power-tour.
HOT ROD Power Tour welcomes all makes and models of hot rods, street rods, custom trucks, muscle cars, and performance machines of every vintage and nameplate. For many, HOT ROD Power Tour is the ultimate vacation with friends and family. Those who travel from start to finish are considered the “Long Haulers,” a title they proudly boast. The 2018 HOT ROD Power Tour anticipates more than 2,500 long-haul vehicles and over 4,000 “Long Haulers” on tour.

Day 3 of the tour comes to Hoover Metropolitan Stadium in Hoover, Ala., on Monday, June 11.

The HOT ROD Power Tour annually attracts participants from around the world who plan for months or even years to make the trip, and they come prepared to make each stop a memorable experience.

Participant and Spectator Information – Be Part of a Legendary Event!

Spectator admission is free! Participants may register a vehicle for just one day, two days, or the entire event. Vehicle registration is open to any year, make, or model. Registration is open now at hotrod.com/events/power-tour.. Pricing is as follows:

• Long Hauler Registration: $129 before June 1 / $160 after June 1
  Includes vehicle entry to all venues, two credentials, one goody bag, long hauler finisher plaque (will receive if checked into all stops), long hauler finisher certificate.
• Multi-day Registration: $129 before June 1 / $160 after June 1
  Includes vehicle entry at all venues, two credentials, one goody bag
• Single day Registration: $45 before June 1 / $50 after June 1
  Includes vehicle entry at one venue, exclusive license plate, and dash plaque.

Participant registration is located offsite at Discovery United Methodist Church, 5487 Stadium Trace Pkwy, Hoover, AL 35244. Following registration, participants should enter the venue off of Stadium Trace Pkwy and follow signs for participant parking.

The HOT ROD Power Tour is also open to spectators so come out and witness the spectacle. Spectator entry and parking are free. Spectator parking is located at: Hoover High School 1000 Buccaneer Dr, Hoover, AL 35244. Shuttles will be provided.
