Drop-in and check out Space One Eleven’s 2D studio, make art, and enjoy a drink.  Have fun experimenting with water soluble tempera paint and waterproof India ink. This method produces beautiful results for everyone—first timers to experienced artists!

Birmingham artist Miriam Omura will lead you through the steps of sketching your image, painting it, then covering the entire image with India ink before rinsing it to reveal the result that some say looks like stained glass.

Stay for the whole event or drop-in any time during the evening to make a painting while you wait on your dinner reservation!
