The 25th annual Handmade Art Show will take place on (Sunday) October 14, 2018, at Homewood Central Park from 10 am to 5 pm. It is a gathering of about 50 local artists that will present and sell their local wares. There will be paintings, jewelry, pottery, leather purses, hand poured candles, glass works, woodworking, photography, clothing including hand-sewn aprons, local honey and much more. Attendees can meet and talk to the makers and artists. This locally created art is great for unique gifts and is a great way to add to your home’s art collection.

We have teamed up with “Pickin in the Park”, a group of local musicians that will be playing various instruments and styles of music all day. It will be a fun Sunday for all music and art lovers. Handmade Art Show and Pickin in the Park are both sponsored by Homewood Arts Council and the City of Homewood. It is a free event in a beautiful park setting with plenty of parking.
