Fathom Events and Lincoln Center are thrilled to bring George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker™, performed by the New York City Ballet, to select cinemas nationwide on Saturday, December 5 and Thursday, December 10. In Birmingham, the event will be shown at the Carmike Vestavia Hills 10, Carmike Patton Creek 15 and Regal Trussville Stadium 16.

In the New York City Ballet’s famously extravagant staging, Balanchine’s stunning choreography shines amidst awe-inspiring set pieces, ornate costumes, and grand one-of-a-kind visual effects, like the one-ton Christmas tree that grows to an astonishing 40 feet.
