Vulcan Park and Museum proudly presents the 14th annual Vulcan AfterTunes fall concert series. The 2018 event is presented by Vulcan Painters Inc. and will take place Sept. 23, Oct. 7 and Oct. 21.

The series kicks off on Sept.23 featuring Los Colognes, a popular Nashville based indie buzz band with high energy and excellent songwriting. Recently releasing their new album “The Wave”, which breaks through the everyday confines of the pop song lyricism and has an full on take to storytelling within each song. This will mark their third time playing in Birmingham as they get much love when they play the ‘Ham. Birmingham native, Duquette Johnston, opens this first installment of the series with his own brand of roots-focused Americana music. With his new album, Rabbit Runs A Destiny, he shows how expansive and innovative it can be when you embrace home and yet are willing to leave it.
Beer, wine and soft drinks will be available for purchase and onsite food truck vendors will be accessible.
