Birmingham’s only obstacle race
The BlackWatch Braveheart Challenge is a 6+ mile trail race through Oak Mountain State Park with over 20 obstacles. This event will challenge your speed, strength, and stamina. Race by yourself or with a team!
$75. Participants must be 14 or older. Racers ages 14-15 must race with an adult. We recommend that all athletes registering for the Competitive heats be able to run a 5k in 30 minutes or less. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female Competitive racers who successfully complete all obstacles.
