This fun-filled luncheon will highlight some of our city’s award winning desserts and chefs and will take place Friday, October 5 at Cahaba Brewing Co. from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. The event will utilize peer-to-peer fundraising tools and social media networking in support of our Magic School Bus program, which underwrites the cost of up to 60 school children to spend a day at our facilities. Our BSC center includes an interactive museum, GeoDome visual arts theater, and EcoScape gardens. The SEC also provides educational programming at the 466-acre Turkey Creek Nature Preserve, one of the most biodiverse sites in Alabama.
