South City Theatre presents Steel Magnolias, by Robert Harling. The play is about the bond a group of different women share in a small-town southern community, and how they cope with the death of one of their own. Buffet dinner begins at 6:30 p.m., and the show follows, starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $30 for the buffet and show, and will be available beginning Monday, January 11. Tickets must be purchased in advance,  so purchase yours before February 9, online at www.homewoodpubliclibrary.org, or at the Adult Services Desk. Visa and MasterCard only.
