Founded in 2015, the mission of AlaQuest Collaborative for Education (ACE) is to make Social and Emotional Learning an integral part of education in all Alabama. Every month, ACE teaches inside 53 classrooms.The Life Skills Education Program has served over 2,600 students in five schools and trained 200+ educators in Social & Emotional Learning.

Research shows that Social & Emotional skills are necessary tools in promoting youth academic success, mental health, safety and well-being. ACE’s Life Skills Education program supports academic achievement and an improved school culture by addressing goal-setting, conflict resolution, career-preparedness, effective communication, teamwork, giving and earning respect, and more.
