This is for everybody, even if you “can’t draw a stick figure”! All levels
are welcome but it is geared to include beginners who will learn to “see” basic forms and create light sketches in their journals to accompany their words. Karen will give hints on journaling in general and teach basic drawing, proportion, perspective and other helpful tips on
how to achieve the impression needed to add delight to your journal. Also watercolor
techniques will be taught on how to “splash” on beautiful colors! Lunch will be provided. Please bring some reference images, via I-pad or i-phone or printed photos.

Level 1: Beginner – This class is appropriate for beginner to advanced artists. Covers the basic techniques of the medium and offers individual assistance. No prior experience is required.
